The first fresh fish counter in Paraty, Fugu combines classic Japanese technique with caiçara terroir. Local fish are cut and prepared in front of the customer, with a focus on freshness and artisanal presentation. In 2025 it received the Untappd Community Awards gold seal in the Japanese Rice Lager category, in partnership with Blackfin Brewery. Special menu with chefs Edu Diniz and Sushi Vaz was held in November 2025.
