COMPLETE ITINERARY — JUATINGA CROSSING (4 DAYS)
Day 0: Arrive in Paraty.
Day 1: Paraty → Laranjeiras → boat/trail → Praia do Sono. Sleep at the campsite.
Day 2: Sono → Antigo → Antiguinhos → Ponta Negra (~10 km). Sleep in Ponta Negra.
Day 3: Ponta Negra → Cairuçu das Pedras → Martim de Sá (~6.5 km, difficult). Sleep in Martim de Sá.
Day 4: Martim de Sá → Farol + Sumaca (round trip) → return boat to Paraty-Mirim.
Optional: At any point, boat to Mamanguá and Pico do Pão de Açúcar.
