Two undeveloped beaches connected by a short coastal path, surrounded by Atlantic Forest and open-sea scenery. They are reached on foot from Praia do Sono or Ponta Negra.

How to get there

Depart from Praia do Sono following the coastal trail towards Ponta Negra (~45 min walk). The beaches are on the route. There is no direct boat access.

Sea conditions

Transparent waters, fine sand bottom. Small and protected by rock formations. Great for snorkeling.

No structure. Wild. Bring everything you need: water, snacks, sunscreen.

Best time

All year round. Best on days without recent rain (slippery trail).

Safety and advisories

Rocky sections and the lack of nearby emergency support require planning. Go with company, carry water, wear proper shoes, and avoid the crossing in heavy rain or fading daylight.

Antigos is the larger, more exposed beach; Antiguinhos is smaller and lies farther along the trail toward Ponta Negra. Leave enough time for both and do not rush the route. Pack out all trash and respect local paths.
