The highlight of Trindade and one of the most special natural attractions on the Brazilian coast. The Natural Pool is protected by large rocks that form a natural aquarium up to 1 m deep — crystal clear waters with colorful fish, corals and exceptional visibility. It is located within the Serra da Bocaina National Park.

Completely protected natural pool — no waves, no currents. Maximum depth of 1 m. Excellent for snorkeling, swimming and free diving. Cachadaço beach itself has open sea with stronger currents.

The name "Cachadaço" (or Caixa D'Aço) originates from the legend of pirates who hid treasure in steel boxes in this cove. The pools are located within the Serra da Bocaina National Park — protected by federal law. The visibility of the water (up to 5 m) is a result of the absence of direct surface runoff.
