Gastronomic institution in Paraty. Chef Ana Bueno has commanded a kitchen for over 30 years that elevates caiçara cuisine to the level of haute cuisine. Ingredients from local fishermen and producers, our own garden and materials from Cunha (SP) make up the dishes. Colonial mansion with 90 seats.
